3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties
• Not engage in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices
• Keep your BVN and banking information up to date

4. Referral and Commission Policy

• All referrals must be made through official referral codes
• Commissions are calculated based on verified referrals and purchases
• Commission payments are subject to minimum thresholds and verification
• Users must claim their welcome package before accessing withdrawal features
• Commission rates and structures may be updated with prior notice

5. Payment and Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000
• Only one pending withdrawal request allowed at a time
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours
• Users must provide valid bank account details for withdrawals
• Platform fees may apply to certain transactions

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
• Spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in pyramid schemes or illegal activities
• Manipulating referral codes or commission systems
• Sharing inappropriate or harmful content

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem necessary to protect the platform and its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

BFN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by the user in the preceding 6 months.
